Stomach Soothing Herbal Tea
This flavorful, soft and comforting Stomach Soothing Herbal Tea will help to relieve all sorts of belly discomfort for the young and old!
- 1 ounce chamomile flowers organic
- 1 ounce peppermint leaves organic
- ½ ounce ginger root organic
- ¼ ounce fennel seeds organic, dried
- 1 orange organic, zested

Combine ingredients in a medium sized bowl.Transfer to a jar with a tight fitting lid.
To prepare tea for consumption, bring one cup of water per serving to boil.
Meanwhile pack approximately 1 heaping teaspoon into a muslin tea bag or tea ball.
Pour hot water of tea bag and allow to steep for 5-7 minutes. For a stronger infusion, steep for 20 minutes.
