Restorative Lavender Bath Soak for Tired & Tense Beings

There is hardly anything more relaxing than a lavender-scented tub full of warm, steamy water and soft lighting. After busy days, tight deadlines, persnickety customers, harsh lighting and nonstop stress, we all deserve a little relaxation.This bath soak harnesses the great relaxing energies of lavender and Epsom salts and adds skin-softening moisture courtesy of sweet almond oil. A soak in this blend loosens those tight neck muscles and releases tension headaches while nourishing your skin and body.
Servings: 4 cups

Ingredients

  • cups 840 g Epsom salts
  • ½ cup 15 g dried lavender buds
  • 2 tbsp 30 ml sweet almond oi
  • 20 drops lavender essential oil optional

Instructions

To Use:

  • Add 1 to 2 cups (215 to 430 g) of the mixture to your bathtub while the water is filling, swirling around to help the mixture dissolve. Soak for at least 10 to 20 minutes.NOTE: Be very careful upon standing, as the tub may be slick from the sweet almond oil. Rinse the tub well after using
