Cranberry Mustard

Transform your holiday leftovers into a tangy seasonal condiment!

Servings: 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry sauce leftover, preferably homemade
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ dry mustard powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. 
  • Over medium-low heat, bring to a simmer stirring frequently.
  • Remove from heat and blend until smooth. (You may need to return the mixture to a simmer if you desire a thicker texture).
  • Place in jar to cool. Refrigerate.
