Cranberry Mustard
Transform your holiday leftovers into a tangy seasonal condiment!
Servings: 3 cups
- 2 cups cranberry sauce leftover, preferably homemade
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ dry mustard powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Over medium-low heat, bring to a simmer stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and blend until smooth. (You may need to return the mixture to a simmer if you desire a thicker texture).
Place in jar to cool. Refrigerate.
