Tasty DIY Super Green Shake Blend

Big nutrition and flavor abound in this tasty DIY super green shake blend.

  • 4 oz dried nettle
  • 3 oz dried alfalfa
  • 3 oz dried red clover
  • 2 oz spirulina powder
  • 2 oz dried peppermint
  • 2 oz orange peel powder


  • Combine all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until the mixture is well powdered.  This may take a bit of time, or you can leave the mixture slightly coarser as I have done as I will be pureeing again at shake preparation.  Store in an airtight container in a cool dark spot.
  • To prepare shake: Blend 1-2 tablespoons in 8-10 ounces of coconut water or non-dairy milk of your choice.  Enjoy.
